Im Pacman-Nebel eingebettet ist der offene Sternaufen IC 1590. Dessen Sterne sind um das Zentrum des Nebels verstreut und einige davon senden starke R\u00f6ntgenstrahlen aus. Der hellste Stern dieses Sternhauen (HD 5005) ist die ionisierende Quelle des Nebels, man sieht ihn in der Mitte deutlich.<\/p>\n<p>Der Pacman-Nebel wurde am 16.
